ResMed’s AirMini and 3 masks recognized for “highest level” design and innovation
SYDNEY – June 9, 2017 – ResMed’s AirMini, the world’s smallest CPAP and three ResMed masks today received Australian Good Design Awards for achieving the highest level of design and innovation.
The AirMini received particularly high praise from the awards jury.
“Another game changing product from ResMed,” the jury said of the handheld CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine that features waterless humidification and engaging app for both iOS and Android phones. “This product needs to be recognised at the highest level.”
ResMed’s three latest CPAP masks also received Good Design honors: The AirFit™ N20 nasal mask, AirFit™ F20 full face mask and AirTouch™ F20 full face mask with UltraSoft™ memory foam cushion.
“ResMed sets the benchmark for good design in this sector,” the jury said. “The Jury commends the ease of changing between cushion sizes [on all three masks] to give each user a truly customized fit and feel.”
