Brightree Panel to Explore Patient-Centric Interoperability
Post-acute care experts focus on empowering clinicians for better business and patient outcomes

ATLANTA – Oct. 3, 2018 – Brightree, the leading provider of cloud-based software to improve clinical and business performance of post-acute care companies, announced today that it will lead an expert panel examining strategies for innovation with a focus on interoperability. This panel will take place at the Home Healthcare and Hospice Information Technology Conference (H3IT) in Grapevine, TX on Oct. 6 at 11:30 a.m. CST, which is being co-located and held in partnership with the 2018 Annual Meeting and Exposition of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC).

Panelists include:

  • Tarrah Lowry-Schreiner, CEO of Sangre de Cristo Hospice & Palliative Care
  • Paul Pisano, CEO of Interim Healthcare, Hartford County

To better educate home health and hospice providers on the importance of interoperable technology, Brightree’s upcoming panel, “Patient-Centric Interoperability: A Post-Acute Perspective,” will examine how agencies are currently implementing growth strategies and leveraging interoperability to improve agency efficiencies and patient care coordination. Through an expert panel of providers and industry leaders, the audience will learn strategies to support alignment with referral sources. They will also learn how interoperability can help acquire and retain patients, as well as what tools to help prepare for future government interoperability mandates.
